Ax Ink Studio was established in 2021. Ax at the age 21 opened up Ax Ink Tattoo & Piercing Studio. Our talented staff welcomes all good people to our personal studio to give the best experience and make people feel more comfortable while getting work done. This is a great space to connect one on one with the artist of your choice.

How old do I need to be to get a tattoo?The minimum age to get a tattoo is 18 years old in the United States. You will need to present a valid ID to prove your age.

Do I need to make an appointment to get a tattoo?Yes, we recommend that you make an appointment in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee availability without an appointment.

Can I bring my own design or do I need to choose from your selection?Absolutely, we encourage you to bring your own design or ideas. Our artists will work with you to create a custom tattoo that reflects your vision.

Is it safe to get a tattoo?Yes, our shop follows strict safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the health and safety of our clients. Our equipment is sterilized and we use new, disposable needles for each client.

Can I bring a friend with me to my tattoo appointment?Yes, you can bring one friend or family member with you to your appointment. However, we ask that you limit the number of people in the shop to avoid overcrowding.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept cash and credit cards as payment for tattoo services.

Are Walk-Ins accepted?We welcome Walk-Ins Friday-Monday from 1 PM to 8 PM ( 4 Days a week )

How Much Does A Tattoo Typically CostWell this is a tough question, it's best for you to inquire with one of the artists or if it's a larger more custom piece we ask you to book a consultation with the artist of your choice. Most of our artists work for $200/ hour or charge based on smaller pieces.

What is your tattoo minimum?$100 minimum with no exceptions (respectfully remember your artist only gets a commission off that price, so no artist will set up for less than that)

Is The Jewelry Included In The Price ?Yes, unless you chose to upgrade from Basic Jewelry to exotic Piece of jewelry then it will then be a $10 - $15 up charge.

How Long Does A Piercing Take To Heal ?It all depends on the piercing you have and the care you give to your piercing. All bodies are different, and we recommend you ask your piercer prior to the procedure being done. You can also visit our piercing Tab for the healing chart.

How long does the piercing procedure normally take?Typically between 10-15 minutes in total.

What Jewelry Is Best to Use When Often Having Allergies to jewelry?Titanium

How long until I’m able to go to the beach after getting pierced?A piercing is a wound we’re trying to keep open until it heals around the jewelry.. With that being said, it’s best to wait until the full heal time to go into any open body of water including pools and tubs. Otherwise, you’re asking different kinds of bacteria to enter the wound.

Is it ok to shower the day of piercing?YES you can shower.

When it’s Ok to submerge piercing in water (bath , pool, ocean)Oral piercings: 6 weeks Cartilage: 4 to 6 months Body/face: 6 months (1 year in some cases)

Can I workout?Yes, BUT make sure to clean the piercing as soon as you’re done sweating.. don’t wait too long to shower.

What should I do if I think my piercing is infected!?See us! Come in and allow us to check on it to see what our next steps should be. Don’t get advice online! The internet is full of misinformation and we take pride in educating our clients so that they can make informed decisions after they leave the piercing room. We’ll also give you our contact information after we’re done so we can keep in touch!
